We are a private, family foundation based in Toronto and a member of Philanthropic Foundations Canada (PFC).

We are a registered Canadian charity and are governed by certain Federal statutes and limited to granting to Canadian registered charities in conformity with our objectives.

Our granting is drawn from our endowment. We do not undertake fundraising activities.
